Electronauts is a VR music experience from Survios. It contains over 50 songs and you can use your own songs in it. You can play single or multiplayer online with up to 4 people which makes it a great party game.
NOTE: The name “Electronauts” is referring to the fact that you’re playing as a DJ in the game and playing music on a futuristic stage, more like you would be an electronaut.
The first few minutes you get into the game by making your avatar and then watching a little tutorial video that tells you how to play
After that, you’re free to explore and start playing with the different songs. You can choose a song from a big list that you choose from. The level of difficulty depends on which mode you choose, there’s beginner, advanced and expert. In some modes, it even tells you what instruments are coming up next so you can practice those songs.
In the normal mode, you choose your own instruments so you can play as a DJ with up to 4 different controllers which means that 4 people can play at the same time. There is also a dance mode where all players have to mimic each other’s movements
You would expect a music game not to have a good sound quality but that is not the case for Electronauts. All of the music tracks sound great
The only downside to this game is that there’s no way to get a multiplayer experience if you want to play with 1 other person who doesn’t own a VR headset because you can’t split up the screens.
